Growth Marketing Support Specialist

Ferric is a fast-growing innovator in semiconductor power solutions. To accelerate our growth and expand our presence, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to work across graphic design, event logistics, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Content Creation
  
  • Design high-quality visuals for presentations, social media posts, web content, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the marketing team with infographics, pitch decks, banners, and trade show materials.
• Event & Trade Show Support 
  
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and events (booth setup, shipments, registrations, etc.).
  • Manage timelines, vendor communications, and on-site support where needed.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media
  
  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media campaigns across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Support day-to-day posting, engagement, and tracking metrics.
• SEO & AI SEO
  
  • Contribute to SEO optimization for website and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and best practices is a strong plus.
• Marketing Operations
  
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and basic analytics.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram). 
• Basic knowledge of SEO; AI-driven SEO tools experience a plus.
• Event logistics or trade show coordination experience preferred.
