Samira Zali Asl is Vice President of Engineering at Ferric Inc., where she leads the advanced development team to advance power management solutions and custom integrated circuits for data center applications. Before joining Ferric, she held senior engineering and research roles at imec and SiTime, where she worked on bio-medical systems, MEMS-based timing and sensing technologies, and mixed-signal systems. Her work has contributed to technologies used in leading consumer and wearable electronics platforms. Dr. Zali Asl holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Tehran. She is an inventor on multiple patents and has published extensively in leading IEEE journals and conferences. She has also served on technical committees for the VLSI Symposia and ISSCC.
