Test Operator

Ferric is a technology startup based in New York City and Santa Clara, CA that is pioneering an entirely new approach to power delivery for Integrated Circuits and Electronic Assemblies. This approach leverages Ferric’s integration of thin-film magnetic inductors with CMOS technology to enable a significant improvement in the integration density and efficiency of voltage regulators (VRs) compared with current commercially available technologies.

As a Test  Operator, you will work on some of the most advanced hardware technology in the world in an atmosphere that is stimulating, team spirited, and customer focused.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Electrical Testing of Semiconductor devices
• Visual inspection of products under a microscope and cataloging results
• Packing, shipping and receiving
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Adjust the instruments as needed
• Log results and compete travelers

Other Duties:

• Receiving shipment and completing receiving log
• Shipping products
• Managing inventory and reporting shortages

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and adjust electronics instruments
• Able to use microscopes and various
• Able to log results in a spreadsheet
• Attention to detail
• Ability to precisely communicate with Engineering teams
• Familiarity with handling Semiconductor devices and ESD precaution

• Salary range: $25-$35/hour
