Fe1736 is a single-output, 16-phase integrated DC-DC step-down power converter
delivering up to 56A output current in a compact 19.96 mm² package.

The Fe1736 integrated voltage regulator is a single-output, self-contained power SoC designed for compact and efficient point-of-load voltage regulation.
At its core is a 16-phase interleaved buck converter with a fully integrated powertrain, including Ferric’s ferromagnetic power inductors. The device combines high-performance FETs, capacitors, digital control, power management, and monitoring functions in a single compact package.
Its high switching frequency and wide loop bandwidth enable fast transient response and precise voltage regulation while reducing board area, layout complexity, and external component count.
